MP Apartment by Alchimia Grup

The design of the MP apartment offers a contemporary interior where the rigor of simple lines blends with glamorous details and warm accents, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. The residence is spread over two levels, connected by an interior staircase that organizes the spaces.

The ground floor houses the living area, consisting of an entrance hall, an open-plan living room connected to the dining area and kitchen, as well as an office located next to the staircase. The upper floor brings together the private area, with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, each designed with a coherent language. The color palette, dominated by earthy and neutral tones, creates a unified background, enhanced by matte finishes, soft textile textures, and wooden surfaces. A distinctive element is represented by the paneling applied on the walls of the living room, bedroom, and master bathroom, used as accent surfaces. These introduce rhythm and visual continuity, transforming the walls into compositional landmarks with an identity role.

The entire project is defined by attention to detail and a balance between aesthetics and functionality, shaping an elegant home adapted to contemporary lifestyles.
