Matic Lenaršič is an expert in design, with a focus on industrial and product design. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and later completed a master’s degree in industrial design, which allows him to combine technical and engineering expertise with creative design processes. For over a decade, he has been employed at Seascape, a leading manufacturer of sport-travel sailboats, which is part of the global nautical group Beneteau, the largest boat manufacturer in the world. Seascape sailboats have received all the most prestigious global nautical awards.

As the head of development and design at Seascape, Matic is responsible for the development of new products, the integration of modern design principles, and the optimization of user experience. In addition to his role at Seascape, he is also the co-founder and co-owner of a design studio. With its interdisciplinary approach, the studio sets new standards in the design industry, as evidenced by numerous design awards, including Red Dot, iF Design Award, and German Design Award.
