The existing 5-star family nature resort Moar Gut was expanded to include a lakeside restaurant as part of a new construction and renovation. The existing restaurant was supplemented by a single-storey pavilion with a covered lakeside terrace in front. Due to their organization, the new rooms offer different qualities and thus enable the guest to use different scenarios during the day. A café bar that can be adapted with mobile partitions completes the space and can be used independently or as an extension of the restaurant areas. A visible wooden construction structures the space and dissolves it in the form of floor-to-ceiling glazing towards the lake. The terrace in front is accessed using sliding elements and thus offers a generous, barrier-free space extension in the outdoor area. In addition to raised, fixed seating groups, loose furniture enables additional flexibility in the organization of the room.
