Kubaras

Kubaras, piggy bank, is an object strongly related to savings. Nonetheless it is also a symbol of our desire and hope to achieving a goal. In times where our desires are fulfilled immediately and our goals become even more short term, Kubaras is transformed from a table top object to a handbag. An accessory we always carry with us, with its contents available to acquire our next target. Kubaras is a collaboration project between STUDIOLAV and Aumorfia, a well established Greek jewellery designer, conceived and designed for Benaki Museum in Athens Greece.
