Iris Nela is an architect, academic, and EU project professional whose work focuses on cross-border cooperation, creative industries, and higher education development. Her practice operates at the intersection of design, culture, education, and European territorial cooperation, with particular expertise in Interreg programmes and international partnerships. She is the Academic Coordinator and a member of the academic staff of the Interior and Product Design program at Barleti University, where she contributes to curriculum development, quality assurance, student mentoring, and the integration of EU-funded projects into academic practice.
