“I Vivai al Parugiano” is a resort, restaurant, and spa located in the Tuscan countryside. The project combines the restoration of historic farmhouses with newly built structures, set in a deeply characteristic rural landscape, where architectural elements such as the “mandolato” are recurring features of traditional Tuscan architecture.
