The Hotel Cristallo has been extended with eight exclusive suites and a stylish wellness and SPA area with a heated outdoor pool as an eye-catcher. The family-run hotel is located in La Villa in Badia, in the midst of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site of the Dolomites and offers overwhelming views of the Heiligkreuzkofel due to its orientation and generous glazing. The new modern building follows the course of the terrain and seems to grow out of the slope. A special magic emanates from the cantilevered pool, made of exposed concrete and its unique glazing. The advanced building is in direct relation to the landscape. The natural materials and colors of the surroundings are reflected in the generous glass facade, with the dominant and indigenous material wood complementing the facades. The coarse-textured, earth-colored plaster, combined with the natural wood structure in front, reflects the surrounding ambience.
