Frans Joziasse is one of the founders of the international network of strategic design consultancies PARK (established in 1998). Their clients include major global companies such as Audi, Lego, Roca, Siemens, Lafarge, Johnson Controls, Hyundai & KIA Motors, Bugaboo, Amsterdam Airport, and Reckitt Benckiser.

Joziasse completed postgraduate studies in Design Management at the University of Westminster in London. Today, he teaches at various universities across Europe and the U.S. and speaks at conferences organized by the Design Management Institute, focusing on strategic design management.

He has received numerous Gute Industrie Form awards in Hannover for design excellence. In 2003, he developed a strategic design management program for postgraduate studies in design management at Inholland University in Rotterdam, which was later adopted by EURIB at Erasmus University in 2005, where he continues to teach.
