Breakfast at Margina project was launched more than 5 years ago at the initiative of the Margina town hall and developed in close connection with community and local tourist guide, Damaris Sivu, who currently coordinates all the activities of the project at the local level. Focused especially on the valorization of local resources, people and their knowledge, the project not only coagulated latently extraordinary energies, but proved to be a magnet for tourists interested in the archaic world of the villages in this part of Romania and Europe, and, on the other hand, a chance for local development and the well-being of the population of the villages.
