An interview with LD Seating, Czech Republic

What makes your winning product Trivi chair one of a kind?
Although it may seem lightweight, its construction is designed for long and intensive use. It is therefore suitable for cafes and other public spaces, but it will also adorn artistically tuned interiors.

What did you learn from this project?
For last few years we cooperated only with designers out of Czech Republic. This project we did with designer Martin Foret from Czech and we really enjoyed it. During this cooperation we realized, how many talented designers are in Czech.

We really enjoy creating something. Cooperation of the creativity of the designer and our working manual force creates nice products.

What are you working on at the moment?
We are now working on many projects that we want to show on Orgatec in October. Modular sofa system from Orlandini Designers, flexible backrest task chair from designer Andreas Krob, design task chair from designer Martin Ballendat, Trivi Lounge from designer Martin Foret etc

What is your driving force?
We really enjoy creating something. Cooperation of the creativity of the designer and our working manual force creates nice products. When we finish the products and we can touch it, it is the best feeling.
