The design concept for the Avanel Hotel is based on creating a modern, contemporary and functional architecture, emphasizing slanted geometric forms to create a dynamic façade. The façade is designed with large glass windows combined with natural wood panels to convey aesthetic warmth and continuity.
Additionally, the façade features a repetitive vertical rhythm, creating harmony while maintaining the functionality of a ventilated facade and balconies finished with microcement. The materials are combined to create sustainable harmony and a sense of luxury. The inclusion of greenery on the balconies allows for the integration of natural elements within an urban environment.
