The renewed workspace is defined by a distinctive architecture. The fan-shaped, open-plan space unfolds across multiple levels, offering generous spatial depth and visual connections. This layout provided the basis to rethink the office as a hybrid of work and living. The design preserves the openness of the space while introducing clearly defined zones for focus and retreat.

Flexible workstations are complemented by lounge areas, an integrated kitchen, and informal meeting spaces, creating a balanced relationship between concentration, exchange, and relaxation. A coherent color concept in red, blue, and green structures the space and marks different working atmospheres while visually unifying the partially double-height interior. Materials, furniture, and details follow a consistent design language. The architecture acts like a stage set, expressive yet functional, transforming the existing structure into an inspiring workplace that enhances everyday quality of life.
