Institute for Urban Planning Ltd. was founded in 2015 by an architect with long lasting experience in urban planning, who has become a mentor for a group of young specialists with interests in the same sphere.

Institute for Urban Planning Ltd is registered as a design studio at Bulgarian Chamber of Architects and as such it deals with investment projects, mainly connected with building and renovating public urban spaces as well as with complete urban planning solutions.
In the studio there are mainly architects who collaborate effectively with plenty of other specialists in the sphere of investment planning and design – urban planners, engineers, landscape architects ets.

The main goal of the Institute for Urban Planning is high quality, balanced and sustainable urban environment. We believe that the organization and development of modern cities depend on the creating and realizing appropriate urban solutions. We aim for projects, which are distinctive, memorable and recognizable. The technical infrastructure is a main factor determining economic progress and prosperity of the regions, too. That is the reason why our interest are focused on that as well.

We realize the significance of urban planning and we strive for self-improvement every day.
We are convinced that a high quality environment is achieved only if form and the function go “hand in hand” and this is the main principle when creating our projects.
