The goal of the project was to create a recognizable architecture for the client’s new headquarters. We designed a two-story commercial building (P+1) to accommodate multiple functional units and flexible working spaces. Its architectural identity is defined by a clean, minimalist base volume and a striking upper façade, featuring vertical sun-shading elements that create a dynamic play of light and shadow.
Large glass surfaces ensure abundant natural daylight throughout the interior, supporting a productive and comfortable work environment. The ground floor provides transparent, accessible entrances and shared facilities, while the upper floor hosts modular office zones suitable for various business needs. The overall design emphasizes openness, functionality, and contemporary aesthetics, making the building a versatile hub for diverse professional activities.
