ŽYGIS joined Pulsetto as Product Owner in 2025, bringing with him years of experience in product and project leadership. At Teltonika Energy, he worked on EV-charging innovations from concept to launch, and earlier roles sharpened his skills in team leadership, operations, and sales. This journey gave him the technical expertise and strategic mindset he now applys at Pulsetto, where he’s helping shape cutting-edge health-tech solutions
In 2021, Povilas watched his father die from unexplained causes. At the same time, Vitalijus’ wife was battling debilitating cluster headaches, with no relief. When their paths crossed, they shared their stories—and made a decision that changed their lives. They created Pulsetto: a device designed to change the way we handle stress. Pulsetto has now expanded to a team of more than 50 people. As of now, Pulsetto has around 130,000 active users, of whom many have reported their increased HRVs, better sleep scores, and improvements in mental health. We have completed our first clinical trials. We achieved 3x revenue growth, going from 2,8 million to 9.5 million in just a year. We secured a partnership with Oura and were featured in Bryan Johnson’s Netflix documentary Don’t Die. We got a $2M investment from defense-focused VC Scalewolf to begin entering the military sector, proving Pulsetto’s versatility. NBA stars Domantas Sabonis and Matas Buzelis joined as our ambassadors, proving Pulsetto’s adaptability to athletes, another important customer base. Our next-gen Pulsetto-FIT, developed in just 9 months, exceeded its Indiegogo target by 500% and will launch in physical retail in fall 2025 at New York’s Selfridges SMARTECH, widening our reach to a broader audience. Pulsetto’s scalability plan involves one day becoming a wellness platform, covering many different fields that help build stress resilience. Pulsetto will therefore have more devices with even better designs, which will be even more optimized for an incredible user experience. Additionally, we are working on increasing our credibility by conducting more clinical trials and seeking funding to become a certified medical device, getting FDA and MDR approvals.
