Todd Saunders is a Canadian-born architect who founded Saunders Architecture in Norway in 1998. He is known for his meticulously designed projects and spectacular buildings in the beautiful natural landscapes of Norway and Canada. Baunet ranked him among the 100 best architects in the world in 2009, and the Huffington Post ranked him among the 5 best architects under 50 in 2011. He was also nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award. In addition to his design work, Saunders is also a guest professor at Cornell University in New York. He has also taught elsewhere in Scandinavia, the UK, and Canada.
