Tamir Morris Potokar Grays is the co-founder of raw lab d.o.o. (rawlab.co), a dynamic design and marketing laboratory based in the center of Ljubljana (Slovenska 58). Since its founding in 2021, the studio has collaborated with global brands and has recently expanded to Paris. The studio’s vision goes beyond conventional frameworks; the space also includes a café and a concept store (.store) and hosts monthly “Hangout” events that connect the local creative community.
Tamir is also the co-founder of Bagel Embassy—a new gastronomic destination set to open in September 2025 in Ljubljana. The project combines freshly baked bagels, specialty coffee, and an urban identity with a strong emphasis on community. In addition, he is a co-organizer of Dragon Days (dragondays.co), an annual summit for deep-tech startups held in Celje that brings together more than 500 participants and leading global speakers from the technology industry.
His work has been featured in renowned media such as The Times, GQ, and others, and some of his product designs have even appeared in Marvel films. His creative excellence has been recognized with international awards, including CSS Design Awards and Awwwards. Before founding .raw lab, Tamir served as a marketing director at two companies and successfully contributed to eight Kickstarter campaigns, some of which raised several million euros. He also gained experience through collaboration with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and during his studies at the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom.

Founded in 2021, the studio brings strategy, design, and content production under one roof. We operate directly, without intermediaries, and with a clear vision: to build brands that have long-term impact—visually, strategically, and culturally. We work with innovative companies shaping the future, from sustainable products to deep-tech solutions. To date, we have helped launch two advanced AI platforms, created comprehensive brand identities for blockchain protocols, and helped start numerous projects with global reach.
Together with LUI (Ljubljana University Incubator) and Tech Celje, we are also co-founders of Dragon Days (dragondays.co), a Slovenian festival dedicated to deep-tech entrepreneurship that brings together more than 500 participants and leading global speakers from the technology industry in Celje each year.

Our Ljubljana base at Slovenska 58 includes a café, a concept store (.store), and a platform for monthly events (.hangout) that connect the local creative scene. In Paris, we are opening new paths into the worlds of fashion, luxury, and technology.
