INTERIOR APARTMENT IN GERMANY
Refined Modernity in Historical Bones
In the heart of Germany, nestled within the quiet elegance of a pre-war building, this apartment reinterprets classical grandeur through the lens of contemporary comfort. We didn’t aim to erase the past — we embraced it. The ornate ceiling cornices, intricate wall moldings, and towering double doors remain untouched, serving as a gentle reminder of the home’s heritage. But everything else? Reimagined.
A low-slung modular sofa in soft beige sits like a sculpture in the center of the room — inviting, relaxed, tactile. The color palette is neutral but warm, punctuated by rust-colored throws, matte black elements, and subtle lighting gestures that feel more like whispers than statements. Lighting is carefully curated: indirect, soft, and deliberate, accentuating texture over color.
In the dining space, a floating chandelier drops like a delicate constellation, hovering over a monolithic white marble table. It’s a home that respects silence, texture, and proportion — a space designed not for showing off, but for staying in.
HORSE STABLE AND SHELTER IN KOSOVA
Brutalist Calm in a Natural Landscape
This isn’t just a stable — it’s a quiet architectural retreat for animals, designed with the same care we would offer people. Set against the lush green backdrop of the Kosovan countryside, this linear concrete form carves out a moment of stillness in the landscape. Honest, minimal, and low to the ground, the structure avoids spectacle. Instead, it chooses to merge with the earth, shadowed by trees and softened by time.
The stable houses eight horses, each space designed with dignity and light. The material palette is raw: exposed concrete, warm wood, and subtle metal touches. But the mood? Gentle. Fences echo the horizontality of the building, while the open-air paddock invites motion and sun.
The connection between inside and outside is seamless — transparency is key, both physically and philosophically. This is a place where boundaries blur, where humans and animals share space respectfully. Here, architecture becomes background — allowing nature, movement, and quietness to take the lead.

Redon Baholli
My name is Redon Baholli, an architect from Kosovo with a deep interest in contemporary form, atmosphere, and how architecture speaks to people emotionally. I see each project as an opportunity to tell a story—about place, material, rhythm, and experience. My work often explores contrasts: light vs. mass, sharp geometry vs. soft textures, openness vs. privacy. I'm part of ARCHIDES, where I’ve contributed to a number of public and private projects ranging from skyscrapers to beachfront villas. I believe architecture should provoke, inspire, and above all—feel alive.
