Matej Fijačko

Matej Fijačko is a very interesting young fashion designer who intertwines stylistics, subculture, and contemporary fashion in his design work, primarily drawing inspiration from the digital world. His latest clothing collection, “HYPER REALITY TEA PARTY” (created under the mentorship of Prof. Nataša Peršuh at UL NTF, 2024), draws inspiration from vocaloid concerts, which take place in hologram form. He connects these with the subculture and dressing style of Lolita, which, like vocaloid, is especially popular in Japan. The result is a fresh, innovative, and modern approach to design that shows promising potential for the future.
