Located in one of the most sought-after areas of Playa del Carmen – just 100 meters from the sea and steps away from the iconic 5th Avenue – this residential project offers a living experience that blends the serenity of the beach with the vibrant energy of urban life.
Following a meticulous and exhaustive analysis, a design was conceived that continues the spatial flow and aesthetic identity of the adjacent development. This approach subtly connects the two while generating a pedestrian-friendly space.
In an unexpected and sensual gesture, the project crosses the site, functioning as a roadway, portico, and access corridor between the two resulting buildings. This passage links to 36th Street, near its intersection with Cozumel Street, ensuring a safe, fluid pedestrian flow and fostering deeper integration with the surrounding community.
