Loic Poudoulec: New Wave
Loic Poudoulec, France
After studying interior architecture and 3D design, Loïc’s passion for art, design, and complex volumes led him to pursue a career in digital sculpture, particularly within European automotive studios, which he believes embodies the very essence of complexity between design and technology! Drawing from this experience, he decides to team up with his wife Karelle in 2015 to create the brand Tochu-De dedicated to jewelry that combines 3D printing and craftsmanship. Our objective is to accompany traditional craftsmanship in an innovative reflection, merging it with 3D printing to create unique jewelry. At Tochu-De, we see the design realm as an integral part of the future of craftsmanship, providing a bridge between responsible design and tradition. Craftsmanship must embrace digital technology to stay connected in today’s world, addressing ecological concerns while preserving its heritage and nurturing its manual skills.
