The students enrolled in Textile Design Technology and Product Design study programmes at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Maribor, participated in a project on the development of the Alpina, d.o.o. footwear. A close collaboration on footwear development resulted in a series of footwear called Alpina x generation Z, the Slovenian out- of-the-box footwear design. The visitors will have an opportunity to socialize with the students and to have a look into design documentation containing the development process of individual products, from the very first research steps to finished footwear.
