Freskim Sylejmani is an experienced architect and senior BIM manager, currently serving as CEO of ArchiEDU, a multidisciplinary firm based in Kosovo and Board Member of the Architects Association of Kosovo. He leads services in architectural design and supervision, BIM training, AEC software support, and advanced visualization through VR/AR.

Freskim holds a Master’s in Architecture and a second Master’s in Energy Efficiency from the University of Prishtina. As one of Kosovo’s leading BIM experts, he has delivered BIM trainings and workshops across the Balkans and Europe, including Budapest, Belgrade, Skopje, and Tirana.

His expertise spans BIM implementation, energy-efficient design, Building Energy Modelling (BEM), and parametric workflows. He has worked on major projects locally and internationally, including energy audits, public buildings, and urban planning.

Certified as a Graphisoft BIM Manager, Freskim actively promotes digital transformation in the AEC industry, combining sustainability, technology, and design excellence.
