The “IXI” office building in Moschato, Athens, hosts Ferryhopper’s ground-floor headquarters after a radical renovation by KN Group. The project achieved a modern, functional, and sustainable design, with LEED specifications. Energy-efficient systems were installed, including CFC-free air conditioning, thermal façades, energy glazing, operable windows, and BMS-linked energy meters. Materials such as glazing were reused, reinforcing the environmental focus.

The office design reflects Ferryhopper’s identity, drawing inspiration from Greek ferries, open spaces, and summer sea experiences. Light-filled areas, perimeter openings, and multi-level vinyl floors create distinct “islands”. The sales department is defined by a wall with greenery, evoking the bow and stern, while handrails and bold colors recall decks. Central red columns resemble ship chimneys, and common spaces feature ramps, meeting rooms, booths, and even a “porthole” cabin for private talks. The result is a fresh, collaborative, and brand-aligned workplace.
