Einar Jarmund is the founder and director of the renowned Norwegian studio JVA. The studio is known for its spectacular projects that leave a lasting impression on everyone. Their design language is so unique that it inspires at first glance. They design everything from small cabins and interiors to large urban projects. They specialise in particular in construction in the specific Nordic landscape.

As the harsh climate does not allow for improvisation, they are constantly searching for and researching new ways of building and using materials. In addition to designing, Einar Jarmund is also involved in teaching – as a guest professor, he has lectured at numerous universities in Scandinavia, the USA, the Netherlands, and the UK.
