Carme Pinós collaborated with Enric Miralles until 1991. Their projects include the cemetery in Igualada, the archery range built for the 1992 Olympic Games, and La Llauna school in Badalona.

In 1991, she established her own architecture studio, where they completed projects such as the pedestrian bridge in Petrer (Alicante), the Cube tower block in Guadalajara (Mexico), and the primary school in Castelldefels (Barcelona). Since 1991, she has worked as an architect, lecturer, and founder of the Spanish National Museum of Architecture and Urban Conservation. She is also a visiting professor at Columbia University in New York, the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale in Lausanne, and Harvard Graduate School of Design.
