Information for Exhibitors
Furnishing Trade Show Pavilions
Pavilions should be aesthetically furnished for maximum visual impact for an audience of architects. We recommend collaborating with an architect or interior designer when equipping the pavilion. Roll-ups and promotional flags are not permitted in the exhibition space.
If exhibitors prefer to offer snacks or drinks as promotional materials, please note that only packaged foods and beverages are allowed.

Tickets for Guests
Exhibitors will receive a link with a code for free daily tickets to the 2-day BIG Architecture event, along with a digital invitation for architect guests. They can share both through e-invitations and social media without any restrictions.
Exhibitor Activations
Exhibitors are highly encouraged to engage architects by offering sample catalogs and organizing professional excursions. Additionally, they have the opportunity to arrange a meeting at the pavilion with a key brand representative, such as the owner, general manager, or architect.
SEEnergy Party
The SEEnergy party offers exhibitors an additional chance for direct interaction with architects. All exhibitors are welcome to join the SEEnergy party area, where they can gather with fellow festival participants at the end of the first day event, May 22. This includes networking, photo opportunities, drinks, and music.
Mobile App
Exhibitors are highly encouraged to exchange contacts with interested architects they meet at the exhibition by scanning the QR code on their ticket badges. This way, the contact data of the architects will be saved in the app, and the exhibitors will be able to download it by visiting their exhibitor profile on our website.

Delivery Instructions for Assembly and Disassembly
Venue: Grando, Obala 10, Portorož
All loading/unloading must be done in front of Grando Hall.
1. Vehicle Registration – by May 1
Please email the following to tanja@bigsee.eu:
- Vehicle type and brand
- License plate number
- Exact arrival & departure time (May 21 & 24)
⚠️ Please note:
- Standard delivery access is limited to vehicles up to 3.5 tons.
- If your vehicle exceeds 3.5 tons, you must also request special permission by May 1st by contacting tanja@bigsee.eu.
- Vehicles over 3.5 tons will receive specific instructions regarding the delivery route and access schedule.
Each registered vehicle must display a printed BIG Architecture 2025 sign clearly behind the windshield. – download here
2. Loading Area & Parking Rules
Once the equipment has been loaded or unloaded, vehicles must be moved immediately – the loading area is strictly for loading and unloading, with a maximum stop time of 15 minutes.
Afterwards, vehicles must be relocated to one of the designated short-term delivery parking areas (free of charge, max. 2 hours).
⚠️ Short-term parking is exclusively for delivery vehicles.

3. Accompanying Vehicles (Non-delivery)
Vehicles not transporting exhibition equipment (e.g. accompanying or support vehicles) are not permitted to use the delivery zone or the designated short-term parking areas.
They must use public parking facilities available at the following locations:

Information for Sponsors
Presentations of Perspectives
It’s an opportunity to present your brand’s perspective in 10 slides, with an invitation to meet the audience at your exhibition pavilion. Notably, your presentation will be featured among BIG SEE award-winning architects. We highly recommend tailoring your presentation to suit this prestigious occasion.
The presentation should focus solely on visions and perspectives without direct commercial promotion of products and brands. Exhibitors are set to deliver presentations on four occasions, with the option for either identical or distinct presentations – two on the first day and two on the second day. Each presentation is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.
The deadline for final presentations is April 1. All presentations are considered final once they are confirmed by the organizer. Please send us the presentations in PPT or PDF format (widescreen 16:9), with a maximum size of 30 MB to tanja@bigsee.eu.
The exact schedule of presentations will be communicated to you 14 days before the event.

Grand Prix Award Ceremony & Dinner Party: The names of participants (your team members) to the Grand Prix Award Ceremony & Dinner Party (2 VIP invitations) shall be sent to the organiser by the form above.
Video
The final promotional video for the BIG Architecture Conference and Grand Prix Awards evening ceremony should be up to 5 seconds long, with sound, in 16:9 format. The deadline for submission is April 1. Please send it to tanja@bigsee.eu.
Logo
To showcase your logo in our video animation for award displays, websites, e-invitations, screens, and on the last page of the catalogue, please provide the monochromatic version of your logo in vector format (in curves).

Full Page: Dimensions 196 mm x 196 mm + 5 mm bleed on all sides
File Formats: PDF, EPS (JPG, TIFF) – text converted to outlines, all colors converted to CMYK
High-Resolution Photo: Resolution of 300 dpi at the specified dimensions, format: JPG or TIFF
