Pavilion Guidelines
Innovation, brilliant set-up, and meaningful interaction with visitors – these are the three pillars of our curatorial selection for the BIG Architecture Trade Show.
Each exhibitor may highlight up to three selected innovations.
Pavilions should be aesthetically furnished to achieve maximum visual impact for an audience of architects. We strongly recommend working with an architect or interior designer to ensure a professional and coherent presentation. Roll-ups and promotional flags are not permitted in the exhibition space.
If you wish to offer snacks or drinks as promotional materials, please note that only packaged foods and beverages are allowed.
In addition to visual appeal, each pavilion should offer a meaningful and interactive visitor experience. We encourage concepts that invite active participation, reflection, or engagement — whether through sensor-based experiences, tactile architectural details, or installations that trigger dialogue. The goal is to transform your space from a static display into a memorable and innovative encounter.

Delivery Instructions
Venue: Grando, Obala 10, Portorož
All loading/unloading must be done in front of Grando Hall.
1. Vehicle Registration – by May 1
Please email the following to tanja@bigsee.eu:
- Vehicle type and brand
- License plate number
- Exact arrival & departure time (May 20 & 23)
Please note:
- Standard delivery access is limited to vehicles up to 3.5 tons.
- If your vehicle exceeds 3.5 tons, you must also request special permission by May 1st by contacting tanja@bigsee.eu.
- Vehicles over 3.5 tons will receive specific instructions regarding the delivery route and access schedule.
Each registered vehicle must display a printed BIG Architecture 2026 sign clearly behind the windshield. – download here
2. Loading Area & Parking Rules
Once the equipment has been loaded or unloaded, vehicles must be moved immediately – the loading area is strictly for loading and unloading, with a maximum stop time of 15 minutes.
Afterwards, vehicles must be relocated to one of the designated short-term delivery parking areas (free of charge, max. 2 hours).
Short-term parking is exclusively for delivery vehicles.

3. Accompanying Vehicles (Non-delivery)
Vehicles not transporting exhibition equipment (e.g. accompanying or support vehicles) are not permitted to use the delivery zone or the designated short-term parking areas.
They must use public parking facilities available at the following locations:

Street parking & nearest parking areas

Tickets
Each participating brand will receive a personal code for free daily tickets to the 2-day BIG Architecture event, as well as a digital invitation that can be shared with architect guests. Both the tickets and the invitation can be distributed freely via e-mail or social media.
Mobile App
We highly encourage all participants to exchange contacts with architects by scanning the QR code on their badges. The collected contact data will be saved automatically in the system and will be accessible through your profile on our website.
Presentations on the BIG SEE Awards Stages
It’s an opportunity to present your brand’s perspective in 10 slides, with an invitation to meet the audience at your exhibition pavilion. Notably, your presentation will be featured among BIG SEE award-winning architects. We highly recommend tailoring your presentation to suit this prestigious occasion.
The presentation should focus solely on visions and perspectives without direct commercial promotion of products and brands. Exhibitors are set to deliver presentations on four occasions, with the option for either identical or distinct presentations – two on the first day and two on the second day. Each presentation is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.
The deadline for final presentations is April 1. All presentations are considered final once they are confirmed by the organizer. Please send us the presentations in PPT or PDF format (widescreen 16:9), with a maximum size of 30 MB to tanja@bigsee.eu.
The exact schedule of presentations will be communicated to you 14 days before the event.
Logos
All logos will be displayed in black-and-white, following BIG SEE’s graphic standards. Kindly provide your logo in vector format.
Print Ads
Full Page: Dimensions 196 mm x 196 mm + 5 mm bleed on all sides
File Formats: PDF, EPS (JPG, TIFF) – text converted to outlines, all colors converted to CMYK
High-Resolution Photo: Resolution of 300 dpi at the specified dimensions, format: JPG or TIFF
Logo: In vector format – in curves (EPS, Illustrator)

Videos
The final promotional videos for the BIG Architecture Conference and BIG SEE Grand Prix Award Ceremony should include sound and be in 16:9 format. The deadline for submission is April 1. Please send it to tanja@bigsee.eu.
