Information for Exhibitors
Exhibition modules
The exhibition module bearing the exhibitor’s name will be provided by the organiser. The exhibition module comes in black colour regarding both – its interior as well as the exterior. Exhibitors are requested to furnish their exhibition module in accordance with the organiser’s rules. The exhibited items are to be put on display only within the dimensions of the exhibition module, whereby there are two possibilities of furnishing the exhibition space, both options being further specified below. Please note that the exhibition module is to be equipped only from the inside, while its exterior shall remain unchanged.

– Option with attachment
The existing internal walls of the exhibition module can be furnished with different contents, attaching them in different ways (screwing, gluing, etc.). In case you opt for different interventions regarding the walls of the exhibition module, thus modifying the walls with different types of fixings, you will be charged additional costs of € 200 per an OSB wall.
– Option with embedding
Exhibitors bring their own exhibition structures and place them inside a larger OSB exhibition structure, leaving the walls of the existing OSB structure, provided by the organiser, unchanged.

May 14, 12 noon – 7 pm
Disassembly date
May 17, 8 am – 12 noon

The exhibition modules will be arranged in groups of four. In the middle of the room, an information desk will be provided which will also be divided into four sections, one for each of the exhibitors. This information desk will serve as some kind of an information point where you will be able to place your computer, products, leaflets etc. Under the desk, an additional storage unit will be provided for the exhibitors.
Lighting: The lighting, consisting of one or two lights placed on the ceiling of the exhibition module, shall be provided by the organiser.
Electricity: Each information desk will be equipped with one electrical connection provided by the organizer. Exhibitors have the option to order an additional electrical connection for their exhibition space, if they wish. The cost of the additional electrical connection is 50 €. Exhibitors are requested to notify the organizer of their requirements for additional electrical connections by completing the form below.
Wi-fi: Available to all exhibitors.
Catering: During the daily event, the organiser will provide food and drink.
SEEnergy party engagement
The SEEnergy party offers exhibitors an additional chance for direct interaction with architects. All exhibitors are welcome to join the SEEnergy party area, where they can gather with fellow festival participants at the end of the first day event, May 15. This includes networking, photo opportunities, drinks, and music. Each exhibitor will have their own branded table, and the organizer will handle all arrangements.
Tickets
Daily tickets for the exhibitors and their guests: Free electronic entrance tickets for exhibitors and their guests will be available on a link provided by the organiser two months before the event.
Exhibitor activities
Exhibitors are highly encouraged to engage architects by offering sample catalogs and organizing professional excursions.
Additionally, they have the opportunity to arrange a meeting at the module with a key brand representative, such as the owner, general manager, or architect.

Information for Sponsors
Stage 180° Presentations
It’s an opportunity to present your brand’s vision – your brand’s perspective in 10 slides, with an invitation to meet the audience at the exhibition space.
It’s worth noting that your presentation will be among the BIG SEE awarded architects. We strongly recommend tailoring your presentation to match this prestigious occasion.
Exhibitors are set to deliver 180° presentations on four occasions, with the option for either identical or distinct presentations – two on the first day and two on the second day. Each presentation is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.
Details regarding the exact schedule of the presentations will be communicated to you 14 days prior to the event. Please send presentations in ppt or pdf format, widescreen format 16:9, by April 1 to tanja@bigsee.eu.
Video presentation on the Grand Prix Award Ceremony & Dinner Party
Grand Prix Awards are granted during the evening gala ceremony with dinner party on May 16, at Grand Hotel Union Eurostars, Miklošičeva cesta 1, Ljubljana.
In order to provide effective exhibitor promotion, please send us a promotional video lasting up to 5 seconds in 16:9 format by April 1 to tanja@bigsee.eu.

Logo Inclusion
To showcase your logo in our video animation for award displays, websites, e-invitations, screens, and on the last page of the catalogue, please provide the monochromatic version in vector format.
