INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITING

Exhibition module

The exhibition module bearing the exhibitor’s name will be provided by the organiser. The exhibition module comes in black colour regarding both – its interior as well as the exterior. Exhibitors are requested to furnish their exhibition module in accordance with the organiser’s rules. The exhibited items are to be put on display only within the dimensions of the exhibition module, whereby there are two possibilities of furnishing the exhibition space, both options being further specified below. Please note that the exhibition module is to be equipped only from the inside, while its exterior shall remain unchanged.

Dimensions of the exhibition modules: height: 250 cm, depth: 125 cm, length: 250 cm, thickness of the walls: 18 mm
The maximum total load of the module: 60 kg
Exhibition modules come with two options (see pictures below):

– Option with embedding

Lighting:
The lighting, consisting of two lights placed on the ceiling of the exhibition module, shall be provided by the organiser.
Electricity: Each exhibition table will be equipped with one electrical connection provided by the organiser. Exhibition modules don’t have electrical connection, it can be ordered additionally. The cost of the additional electrical connection is 50 €. Exhibitors are requested to notify the organiser about their demands regarding additional electrical connections by filling the form below.
Wi-fi: Available to all exhibitors.

Exhibition module – Option with attachment

The existing internal walls of the exhibition module can be furnished with different contents, attaching them in different ways (screwing, gluing, etc.). In case you opt for different interventions regarding the walls of the exhibition module, thus modifying the walls with different types of fixings, you will be charged additional costs of € 200 per an OSB wall.

Exhibition module – Option with embedding

Exhibitors bring their own exhibition structures and place them inside a larger OSB exhibition structure, leaving the walls of the existing OSB structure, provided by the organiser, unchanged.

The exhibition modules will be arranged in groups of four. In the middle of the room, a table will be provided which will also be divided into four sections, one for each of the exhibitors. This table will serve as some kind of an information point where you will be able to place your computer, products, leaflets etc. Under the table, an additional storage unit will be provided for the exhibitors.

EVENT ENGAGEMENT

Exhibitor presentations on the Architecture and Innovation Conference

The conference is to feature two different modules: presentations of the awarded BIG SEE projects and depiction of innovative products, materials and solutions facilitating future-oriented architectural solutions. Advanced, sustainability-oriented architecture takes into account innovative technologies and provides complex solutions to render possible liveable, sustainable and high-quality human spaces.

Exhibitors will give their talks about the newest innovations, and they will have an opportunity to talk three times about up to three different innovations, where one and the same innovation can be presented up to three times. Each presentation is to last no longer than 3 minutes and it shall include up to 10 slides.

You will be notified about the exact schedule of the lectures 14 days prior to the event.

Innovation Opinion Research – meetings with architects

After filling in the form below, exhibitors will have an opportunity to become included in our Innovation Opinion Research.
Please use the form below to enter a short description of your specific R&D architectural dilemma related to your products, materials and solutions, which you would like to discuss during the event with different architects taking part in organised meetings.

Video presentation on the Grand Prix Award Ceremony & Dinner Party

In order to provide an effective exhibitor promotion, the exhibitors shall send us a promotional video lasting up to 5-seconds. The video format shall be 16:9.

Partners’ on-site event

Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to organise short promo & PR events at their own exhibition spaces. On-site event shall raise the brand visibility and attract different business partners and clients. It is also a great opportunity to invite business partners and inform them about your product novelties. For instance, you can have a meeting with a brand visionary: owner, general manager, architect, etc.

Partners’ finale

All exhibitors are invited to gathering with all festival participants at the end of the daily event (networking / photo shooting / drinks / music).

Tickets

Daily tickets for the exhibitors and their guests: Free electronic entrance tickets for exhibitors and their guests will be available on a link provided by the organiser two months before the event.
Grand Prix Award Ceremony & Dinner Party: The names of participants (your team members) to the Grand Prix Award Ceremony & Dinner Party (2 VIP invitations) shall be sent to the organiser by the form below.
