Papiri are a new shape of bronze-die short pasta, launched in 2021 to enrich the Barilla premium pasta portfolio. The production takes place through traditional bronze-die process: a “spiral” section is designed to provide the best performance considering cooking, sauce grip and taste. The shape was developed respecting the Italian pasta-making tradition.
