Wolfgang Schmieder about more complicated regulations and building laws

The regulations and building laws based on them are becoming increasingly complicated and confusing. There are now more than two hundred standards and guidelines for windows alone. We have to find our way back to a simpler way of building, also with regard to the enormous construction costs. To do this, we also have to question our requirements, for example with regard to sound requirements or space requirements.
