Gaetano Guerrera: Futura Room&relax

Rispoli Guerrera Architetti is an architecture firm founded in 2017 by Vera Rispoli and Gaetano Guerrera, based in Molise.
The theoretical approach of the studio is characterized by a continuous reading of the surrounding reality, aimed at finding a balance between new interventions and the existing architectural heritage. Over the years, they have developed research works, competitions and public commissions, dealing with architectural and urban planning, restoration and interior design.
In 2017 they created MI CASA DE LA PLAYA. The documentary projects viewers into the intimacy of the daily life of Almudena Grandes, Spanish writer, and the poet Luis García Montero, through the stories of their residence in Rota, one of the most successful examples of contemporary Spanish architecture, completed in 2015, by the architect Antonio Jiménez Torrecillas.
The documentary was selected at the Lund International Architecture Festival 2018 in Sweden, at the Architecture Design Art Film Festival 2019 in Palm Springs, California, at Cinetekton! Film Festival of Puebla, Mexico, at NukhuFest in New York. Semi finalist at the Los Angeles Cine Fest 2019, and special mention at the Festival Internacional de Cine y Arquitectura (FICARQ) 2018 in Madrid.
In 2017 they published in the October issue, CASABELLA 879 – Antonio Jiménez Torrecillas, Granada Metro, Estacion Alcazar Genil, Granada, Spain. Edited by Giovanna Crespi and Gaetano Guerrera.
In 2018 they published in the June issue, CASABELLA 885 – For poetic architecture, a conversation by Gaetano Guerrera and Vera Rispoli with Almudena Grandes and Luis García Montero and with Alejandro García Martínez and Miguel Ángel Ramos Puerto Llano.
In 2018 they won the THIRD PRIZE in the competition for the architectural and environmental redevelopment of public spaces in the Municipality of Civitacampomarano
In 2020 they won the INARCH award, for the young designers category in Molise and at the same time, the Wills Towers Watson award for the same category.
