Created from the desire to create an object of fluid, curved forms, T-COTTA is the fruit of the union of materials, both of which come from earth, both are worked by man and both forged by heat.

 

 

 

 

 

About the producer:

HIND RABII LIGHTING

Created in 1997, the company takes its name from its founder and current owner, who runs it together with her husband, Michel Orban. The company’s history is closely linked to the life of Hind Rabii, who breathes her creativity and inspiration into each project.
Born in 1973 in Morocco, she lived there until she came to Belgium, where she studied industrial engineering.
As well as her technical skills acquired during her engineering studies, Hind Rabii has always cultivated a great passion for fashion and art, and expertly knows how to track down the most elegant fabrics and patterns. This is why she started to work in the field of architecture and design, and then quickly started to concentrate on lighting, which she designs and produces as items that are fully decorative, but which have all the required technical qualities.

About the design studio:

The passion for objects meant as industrial products is the glue of the professional partnership between Alfredo Chiaramonte and Marco Marin, promoting partners of the homonymous Designstudio.
The different activities experienced through the years (interiors, graphics, industrial and lighting design) brought to a mixed knowledge, contaminated by ideas developed in many fields.

Alfredo Chiaramonte was born in Bologna in 1961 and studied at the Faculty of Architecture of Venice.
Marco Marin was born in Venice in 1964 and graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts specializing in industrial design.
They worked together with well known companies such as Andromeda International, Axo Light, Artificia, Bonaldo, Calligaris, Cattelan Italia, Emu group, Eurobags, Estasis, Fornasarig, Gruppo editoriale Gemina, Hoffman Italia, Miniforms, Moulinex, NasonMoretti, Renault Italia, Sica, Vistosi.
