Losonczi Innovation is a small-medium sized family enterprise from South-East Hungary. It was founded in 1995 by Istvan Losonczi and his wife, Magdolna. Now, nearly three decades later, they run the company together with their two children jr. Istvan and Magdalena Losonczi.
They are proud to be a family company and greatly value ethical business practices. In the last couple of years, they have received various national business awards, such as Responsible Employer of the Year in 2020, Family Companies Excellence Award in 2021, Business Ethics Awards in 2022 or Factory of the Year Award in 2023. Losonczi Innovation designs and manufactures measuring devices, workpiece gripping devices, indexable cutting tools, as well as custom-made toolholders and parts. Their flagship product is the AXIS PRO measuring machine, from the PRO measuring device family, which has won 6 Hungarian national awards and now 2 international prizes, among others: Hungarian Design Award special price in 2020, Special Purpose Machine of the Year in 2021, EOQ Quality Innovation National and International Award in 2022 and BIG SEE Product Design Award in 2023. Their lecturer Magdalena Losonczi, who comes from an advertising background has joined the management of the company as marketing expert in 2018. She has since completely reshaped the communication and the brand image of Losonczi Innovation.
