The architect is the expert for space. Our task is to give it its shape, character, and atmosphere. In the ideal case scenario, a concept is boiled down and reduced until its essential substance becomes palpable as the quintessence of individuality. For more than 18 years, the work of our bureau has impressed through its creativity and appropriateness in design, precision & planning efficiency, and the adherence to quality, budgets, and deadlines in implementation. In this period, Clemens Kirsch Architecture has been responsible for construction projects totaling around 250 million euros, 25% of these as a general planner. In our work, we endeavor to prove that innovation and feasibility are not contradictions but complement each other, creating added value for users and architectural clients.
