Even in an advanced metropolis like Milan, there is still too much of a gap between young, innovative architects and the developers that gradually build the city of the future. And, worse maybe, even innovative architects don't always manage to create an Architecture that embodies something that goes beyond superficial technological or aesthetic improvements. Architecture is not an island, but a reflection of its times, and the truth is that it's hard to reflect confused times like ours. But, during history, often times like this produced the best Architecture. So why not?
