Venue: City Centre of Ljubljana

The City Centre of Ljubljana is within a pedestrian-only zone, best accessed on foot or by bicycle. Nearby parking facilities, such as Kongresni trg and Trdinova ulica garages, are a short walk away and offer charging stations for electric vehicles. Convenient bicycle parking is also available near the pedestrian zone, ensuring a smooth visit regardless of your mode of transport.

Information for Exhibitors
Furnishing Exhibition Pavilion
Exhibition pavilions should be aesthetically furnished for maximum visual impact for an audience of architects. We recommend collaborating with an architect or interior designer when setting up the module. Roll-ups and promotional flags are not permitted in the exhibition space.
Assembly: October 9, 8 am – 12 noon
Disassembly: October 11, 12 noon – 2 pm

Technical assistance: Exhibitors can hire technical assistance to furnish the exhibition pavilion at a rate of 40 EUR per hour. Arrangements can be made using the submission form above.

Culinary Performance
The exhibitor is required to host culinary performances on October 9 and 10, serving 250 bites per day to enhance interaction at the BIG Design Exhibition. It is recommended that exhibitors collaborate with culinary masters to create one-bite culinary masterpieces that are unique, original, surprising, and delicious, showcasing the main attributes of the design brands, though this is optional. Alternatively, culinary creations can be based on creative solutions created by the exhibitors themselves, or can be arranged by the organizer at €500 per day, totaling €1,000 for both days, through the submission form above.
Equipment for serving food, which includes a box with compartments similar to pizza boxes and can accommodate 250 servings per day, can be provided upon request via the submission form above. Equipment pickup is available on October 9 at 12:00 next to Robba Fountain at the exhibition location, or earlier, after October 1, with prior notice during working hours, at Vidovdanska cesta 2 in Ljubljana.
Mobile App and Digital Platform for Culinary Performance
Exhibitors will receive a link with a code for free participant registration for the BIG Design Culinary Performance. This link can be freely distributed to their guests via email or social media. Upon registration, visitors will receive an electronic ticket with a QR code, allowing them to taste culinary bites at all participating exhibitors during the BIG Design Culinary Performance, where 1 scan = 1 bite of delicacy.
All scanned contacts, whether gathered throughout the day or during the BIG Design Culinary Performance, will be saved to the exhibitor app. Exhibitors can easily find and download these contacts from their exhibitor profile.
Exhibitor Activations
Exhibitors are highly encouraged to engage the audience by meeting with a key brand representative at the module, such as the owner, general manager, or designer. Sales is organized at the discretion of the exhibitors themselves.
Security of Exhibition Products
Security will be provided overnight by the organizer during the following times: Oct 9-10: 10 pm – 10 am & Oct 10-11: 10 pm – 10 am.
For the remaining exhibition time, exhibitors are expected to handle the security of their products themselves. Exhibitors have the option to hire a hostess through the organizer, who can assist with both product security and brand communication. The rate for the hostess is 20 EUR per hour, and arrangements for hiring can be made using the submission form above.

Lunch with discount: Güjžina, Mestni trg 19, and Pritličje, Mestni trg 2. We will provide coupons that offer a 5-10% discount.

Information for Sponsors
Presentations of Brand’s Perspectives
It’s an opportunity to present your brand’s perspective in 10 slides, with an invitation to meet the audience at your exhibition space. Notably, your presentation will be featured among the representatives and designers of award-winning brands at BIG SEE.
The presentation should focus solely on visions and perspectives without direct commercial promotion of products and brands. Sponsors are set to deliver presentations on two occasions, with the option for either identical or distinct presentations. Each presentation is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.
The deadline for final presentations is September 1. All presentations are considered final once they are confirmed by the organizer. Please send us the presentations in PPT or PDF format (widescreen 16:9), with a maximum size of 30 MB to tanja@bigsee.eu.
The exact schedule of presentations will be communicated to you 14 days before the event.
Video
The final promotional video for the BIG Design Conference should be up to 5 seconds long, with sound, in 16:9 format. The deadline for submission is September 1. Please send it to tanja@bigsee.eu.
Logo
To showcase your logo in our video animation for award displays, websites, e-invitations, screens, and on the last page of the catalogue, please provide the monochromatic version of your logo in vector format (in curves).
