Biscottificio Antonio Mattei – Prato
They would like to offer their visitors Cantuccini, traditional Tuscan almond biscuits. These biscuits were already present at the court of Caterina de’ Medici in 16th-century Florence. A famous biscuit maker, Antonio Mattei of Prato, their hometown, made them internationally famous.
