Stadtnomaden, Germany
Free and easy — wouldn’t it be wonderful to transfer the feeling of independence we experience while traveling with just a small bag into the way we furnish our homes? Since 2007, Stadtnomaden has successfully embraced this idea, implementing unconventional concepts in every product designed. Founders Linda Krapf (Industrial Designer) and Oliver Krapf (Furniture and Interior Designer / Master of Carpentry) operate at the intersection of industrial and furniture design. Their creative approach combines skill with a deep understanding of furniture-making, allowing them to develop innovative ideas that challenge conventions.
In 2006, the creative duo began designing the first pieces for the Stadtnomaden collection, which embodies mobility and an uplifting state of mind. Characterized by high-quality craftsmanship and genuine design, Stadtnomaden’s furnishings are built to last. Sustainability is a central tenet of the brand; their collection includes furniture that serves as long-term companions, cherished pieces that endure through relocations and generations. With a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Stadtnomaden stands against fast-moving markets and disposable commodities, offering a curated range of innovatively designed products tailored for urban living. This selection appeals to those who wish to style their homes with the same independence they embrace in life.
