The Media & Event Hub is a dedicated space within BIG SEE Festival 2026, designed as a central meeting point for official media and event partners. The Hub facilitates networking, professional exchange, and informal discussions between journalists, editors, event organizers, architects, designers, exhibitors, and other Festival participants.

What partners can use the Hub for:
– Meetings, interviews, and networking throughout the Festival
– Informal discussions and professional exchange with participants
– Distribution of promotional materials

Promotional materials
Official partners are welcome to display their materials in the Hub:
– Media partners: hard copies of publications
– Event partners: flyers, brochures, or other printed promotional materials

Media & Event Wall
Each partner will be featured on the Media & Event Wall with:
– Logo
– Short description
– QR code linking to their website or selected content

Remote participation
If unable to attend, partners can send:
– Media partners: up to 100 hard copies
– Event partners: up to 1000 event flyers
to be displayed at the Media & Event Hub.

To showcase your logo in event websites, screens, and in the catalogue, please provide the monochromatic version of your logo (Black&White, no grey color) in in pdf, ai or eps format. Double check that all texts are in vectors.

Please add the details: Media & Event Partner Name, Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (where applicable), and description of media partner (up to 500 characters, not words) for exhibiting media.

Here is a link with a code for free daily tickets to the 2-day BIG SEE Festival, along with a digital invitation for architect guests. The link can be shared via both e-invitations and social media without any restrictions.

Media partners are encouraged to exchange contacts with interested architects they meet at the Media Stand by scanning the QR code on their ticket badges to save contact.

Venue: Grando, Obala 10, Portorož, Google maps

Grando is located in the heart of Portorož, easily accessible by various means of transportation. It’s a 5-minute walk from the main city center, or you can reach it by car within minutes. There are ample parking spaces nearby, including two charging stations for electric vehicles. Additionally, there is a convenient place for bicycles, ensuring a smooth visit regardless of your mode of transport.
