Mills for milling pepper, salt, chili peppers, dried herbs/spices (marjoram, oregano, thyme, rosemary, caraway seeds, etc.) and nutmeg. A special milling mechanism has been developed for each of the mills for best functioning: ceramic for pepper and salt mills and stainless steel for the other mills. The mills can be set aside with any side facing down, have a cap for intercepting spice residues and are identified by colours for ease of reference
